Это какая-то черная китайская магия. В комплекте диск с дровами, ну, думаю, стандартная ситуация, на случай установки в древний комп, я же надеялся, что win10 найдет драйвера сама. Так и было. Драйвер определился, но BT ничего не находит! Вообще! От слова "Совсем"! Опытными путями выяснил, что в адаптере используется чип Realtek. Нашел крайнюю версию драйвера под Win10 в инете, потому что пихать мне этот диск из посылки в 21 веке некуда! Нет у меня дисковода. Найденный в инете драйвер не дал результата, хотя в диспетчере устройств сменился вендор на Realtek. А после перезагрузки система вообще начала падать в BSOD, откатился, нашел другие дрова - результата нет. Устройства не обнаруживаются. После вернулся на страницу товара и нашел в описании ссылку на dropbox на архив с драйверами. Из установщика были установлены такие же драйвера Realtek и все заверте... Мне все равно ни кто не поверит!

Доставка чуть больше месяца. Сейчас это приемлемо. Описанию соответствует. Хорошо, что в комплекте есть диск с драйверами. На странице заказа есть ссылка на драйвера для тех, у кого нет CD. Актуально для WIN7 86/64. На WIN10 заработало без драйверов.
